Hello Raymond. I live west of Weatherford so I'm somewhat familiar with what's available in your area. I'm 77 next month and I've been shopping for a few years now. If you're still active and get around well, you may want to take a hard look at convenience stores. Banks are always a great possibility for older shoppers as the banks don't require much walking. I recommend you sign up with Maritz. They are a major reputable company, pay twice a month, and work well with beginners. Initially they will assign the work job by job but after a while you'll be able to self assign.
I looked into video shopping once and was told that Dallas is a hot bed of video shopping activity. I didn't go into it because of personal reasons but it may interest you. There's a training session for video shoppers coming up in Dallas soon and I believe there's a thread on it somewhere here. If you're technically inclined and willing to make the equipment investment that might be a good way to go. I don't have personal knowledge of the people doing the training and this is not an endorsement. I heard about it and I'm passing on the news.
You can definitely supplement your social security with this. I work at this part time and my earnings over the past few years have ranged from $8,000 to $15,000 ballpark numbers. For me, the best thing about this work is the flexibility. I can work when I want and take off when I need to.
