Hi all,

I've lurked this board for a LONG time now, and decided to finally sign up. I've been mystery shopping ever since I was 18, so about 7-8 years now! I have moved all over the country in that time, but I currently reside in Orange County, CA. I do a lot of shops, but my focus is on Alcohol/Tobacco compliance since I am still in that age range, as well as dining shops from fast food to high end dining. I have been MSPA Gold Certified for roughly 4 years now, and would recommend it to ANYONE looking to take this a step further in a heartbeat.

I also do a bit of scheduling for a company on the side, but I won't mention their name as I am not here to represent them in any way, and I will stay clear of any discussion about them to ensure there is no conflict of interest. (If that is an issue, please let me know mods)

I look forward to finally contributing to all of the great discussions that go on here.

You might mention your scheduling activity or company in a signature line as to better explain your perspective when posting questions or comments.

It might go something like, "Mystery Shopper and occasional scheduler."

cabinetspace, do you schedule for an MSC who prohibits you from posting on forums? If not, it would be considered a professional courtesy for you to attach a signature line notating the MSC and your relationship with them.

The MSC I schedule for does not allow me to post on forums unless it is in an official capacity, so I would not be allowed to mention that company, otherwise I would definitely do that. I will update my sig line to indicate that I am a scheduler and shopper though.
