Welcome to the board!
Part of the business is taking the time to search for jobs on job boards, read emails, and even answer phone calls (thankfully not every MSP calls

). Almost no one works for just one or two companies as that does indeed limit opportunities. Seasoned shoppers are usually signed up for at least 100 and regularly work for several, as much as 10-20.
You should start by signing up for a few of the larger ones or those recommended for newcomers.
A few are Market Force, Bare, and Expert Solutions. From those you should get a selection of shops in your area as they have lots of shops throughout the country. If that doesn't happen, sign up for more.
From there, you can research the individual companies on the forum to see what other shoppers say about them. They do differ in the way they operate. For each of us, those differences make some favorites and others not.
