Hi everyone, and an especially hearty Hello to NoVA shoppers! I have worked independently since college in both Experiential Marketing and performing mystery shops...I'm 30, about to be 31!
This is my ad which can be seen on DC CL: "Working in the area on contract":
I will be in market for a 4.5 week campaign in the Tyson's Corner area and am looking for a nice place to be when I am not working that is also not TOO far from my destination (Yay for NoVA traffic). I grew up in Fairfax, graduated from Longwood and live in Richmond so I have a few acquaintances still in the area with whom I may be staying. It's always good to do the work to have plans and options!
I like to cook, love to eat, and would be happy to just generally be helpful during my stay. I'm also willing to do my own thing and be just a 'tenant' if you are looking to rent a super awesome space, but it would be preferable to just have a blast during this stay.
I am an outside smoker and friendly, so if you really hate smoke, I would not want to offend you and just want to be forthcoming with that information. With a degree in Applied Social Psychology, I can get along with ALMOST anyone, and it will be a pleasure to experience a new environment and people.
Let's talk about $$ because it is definitely negotiable.....throw a # out and I'll see if it works for me. I think what I bring to the table with my presence may end up being more valuable than double what I'm interested in paying (Truth be told, no more than $600 probably).
I could write a book , and have been thinking about starting a blog recently.
Email with questions for me about details, myself or just to see if you would enjoy my presence. I would be happy to provide photos as well at a reasonable point in time.
All Important Dates - 11/19-12/22

So, as you see, I'm just trying to find a cool place to stay in the event that I don't have what I need at my friend's. It would be fun to tag team shops all month too with someone who is familiar with the industry! Just a thought.
