NEW TO THE GAME

Hello. I have heard about mystery shopping, but know NOTHING about it. I plan to start up as soon as possible; first thing on the list is reading about it. Thanks for this forum. I hope to learn a lot from this community. I am based in Chicago and am 57 years old.

It is a great source of information. However, I urge you to do some shops as part of your education. There is no substitute for doing.
