Without wanting to sound sarcastic, the "good" jobs are few and far between these days as many clients have cut back on their shopping or eliminated it entirely due to their economic situations. The best I can suggest is that you look at the companies that show jobs in your area on Jobslinger.com (its free) and make sure you are signed up with them. The jobs you see there are probably gone for this round but at least you know the companies have clients in your area that are currently doing shops.
Beyond that, sign up with more companies. There are lists of legitimate companies here (Mystery Shopping Company Discussion, the first post in that section) and at Volition.com and on the MSPA site. Many companies will send you emails when they have available jobs in your area, but don't let that be a substitute for systematically checking the job boards of the companies who have had jobs in your area before.
