Top 3 Things You Look For When Completing A Shop

I've signed up to take my first shop this weekend at a shipping facility, and I would like to know what should I look out while doing my job?

1) Make sure you are at the right place at the right time
2) Make sure you perform all the observations in your instructions (read through the report so you know exactly what you are going to need to answer)
3) Make sure you get whatever 'proof of visit' is required, whether it is a receipt, a business card, a photo of the front of the store, etc.
Read and reread the instructions. Each shop will have its own unique set of questions. You may be required to ask about something specific or remember what is listed on a sign in the entry way.

A shipping shop will go really quick, you need to be timing and thinking about all you need to remember.

For many shops, the restrooms and fitting rooms can be your best friends. Go in there and review the sheets and take notes on what you have learned so far.

I will tell you there were many times where I "misplaced my cell phone" early on in MSing, so I could go in and look for one more thing after leaving.
