Membership is free. Simply choose your username, type in your email address, and choose a password. You immediately get full access to the forum.
Your paypal account is tied to your bank account........you can always transfer money from your paypal to your bank account..or request a check be sent to you.....it does take a couple of days to transfer. on your MY ACCOUNT PAGE....you will see a tab labelled WITHDRAW.....it gives you three options:
TRANSFER TO BANK ACCOUNT ( no fee for this)
REQUEST A CHECK (there is a $1.50 fee for check request, though)
USE DEBIT CARD
I actually have a debit card w/paypal so am able to use that to spend my paypal money. Of course, you can always use your paypal money on sites such as EBAY and other shopping sites.
