Shops don't save even when I hit save

I have done about 10 MS. It is taking forever to do them because even though I regularly hit save for later, I'd say most of the time I have to reenter pictures and narration as it didn't save. Sometimes I get a red message saying to login again as they can't locate the shop or something like that, sometimes that happens when I hit submit. I can't believe that most of the time when I am entering data into an audit that it wouldn't save. I am hoping I am doing something wrong as this takes way too long to be worth my time.

You didn't mention what MSC/platform you're using, so the only advice I can give is that if it's a Sassie-based MSC, make sure you save your work often. (I typically save after each section, especially if it contains narratives.) It'll time out after 30 minutes.

Hopefully, others will chime in regarding ISS/Presto/etc.

I don't know which platform I am using, to be honest. They are all different MSC companies, though. I do believe almost all the ones I use are Sassie based. I save every two minutes because I'm scared LOL I wonder if it's somehow user error. I use an ipad or a laptop, and even if I'm on my home wifi I have this issue. I have a MS today and am going to pay more attention to what I may be doing wrong. It stinks cuz it's so convenient to use the ipad in my car but sooo frustrating.

Try using a different web browser when you enter the reports. I have found that Chrome usually works best with Sassie, but if that is what you are using try something else.

I think you may be on to something! I don't use chrome, the default on my phone and ipad is edge. I will try Chrome tonight on my laptop. Thanks for the help!

If you are trying to enter data and saving it before the shop date, Sassie will not allow you to save it. But the error message will tell you it's before the shop date.

i just finished my shop on chrome and I HAD NO ISSUES!! This is a game changer. I typed a bit then saved a few times, and never had any issues. This was with RBG. I have ISI on Monday and am hopeful if I stay away from Edge I won't be getting those horrible messages and my work will be saved. Thank you for the suggestion @KSSPete!
