"MSPA" generally is the Mystery Shopping Providers Association, which is the professional association of mystery shopping companies. I have never heard of any individual company with that name.
There are occasional on line evaluations that appear with companies that also do on site visits and phone shops. In terms of a completely online evaluation company, be aware that many/most/all(?) are affiliate marketing that are trying to get you to register on line for many, many 'free trials' or 'more information'. These require that you give your real personal information and are NOT mystery shopping but rather make-a-buck schemes. If you fail to cancel your 'free trial', your credit card will be charged and in any event you will now be subject to phone and mail solicitation. The worst part is that most of these affiliate marketers require you do lots of 'evaluations' before you are eligible for payment for any of them. These are not something I would encourage anyone to get tangled up with.
