How can Mystery Shopping help me?

Hi This is Shakira from NY,USA. I joined this forum today! Actually I was going through this forum to actually find out how Mystery Shopping can be done. I own a site which sells perfumes of different good brands here in USA. So can Mystery Shopping help me and my business?

Can I post my site's name and URL here? Just to give you all a clear idea

I do not believe mystery shopping will help your business, I don't see how.
