Ace Mystery shop with recorded call

I've never done a recorded call before and am having trouble figuring out what to do! My cell phone # is in the box, then there's a click to call button. Once I click that button do I manually call the place I'm performing the shop at? I just can't seem to get it to work! Then, there's a code I'm supposed to put in when prompted.... when does the prompt come? Thanks for ANY help smiling smiley

Typically there is an 800 number that you call and then have to enter a code and the call then goes through.

They give you the # (not 800), I recently had to do that and had trouble as my call wouldn't go through.
My Company scheduler (great guy) had me call him, and he called for me as I stayed on the line...we did it, so ask your scheduler to help with this.

There should be a button on the form. When you click it, it calls you on your phone, using whatever number you have listed in your profile. Then you'll hear a recording saying to enter in the code and it dials the location.
