New assignment with an e-commerce site

Hi, I am going to take up my second mystery shopping assignment and it is very interesting. It is from a new commerce site in the locality. The company has asked me to check about their user friendliness and the efficiency of an online site. {{MOD NOTE: WEB LINK REMOVED}} Has anyone done this before? I am new to checking out an e-commerce site, so I am expecting to get some help and tips.

That is not much to go on..... depends on who it i for.... what the item is ( purchase /return etc. I am not asking for any names. But just saying hard to say if we have done it. Many of us so e commernce when they show up.

I'd make sure to read through the guidelines and answer the questions they ask. That seems basic, but they do want to hear what you think. I have done this for a few banks before. It seems hard to think of what to say, so I also described what links I took to get there, what I did when I was at the site, etc.
