Do not over extend yourself starting out
Follow instructions to the letter. Read the instructions soon after taking an assignment and ask for clarity if there is anything you're unsure about. There is no grey area in this business, it's right or wrong.
Get started with the knowledge that any money you spend will take 30 to 90 days to be reimbursed, as well as receiving your shop fee. Once you get going this will even out.
Keep good records.
