I was at a mall 45 mintes from home and self- assigned a shop with a bonus that had an option to choose that day or the next day. I completed the shop and when I arrived home at 10pm, I realized I had self-assigned the wrong location. I immediately emailed the scheduler and self-assigned the correct location. I submitted my report. Since I did not hear back, I sent another message to the MSC and did not hear back still. I decided just to complete the original shop I had accidentally assigned the next day, since I didnt want them to remove me from future shops.

Now, I got docked for a late report, even though I shopped and submitted the report ( on the same day) on a day that was an option when self-assigning, and no bonus for either shop. I have sent the editor and scheduler messages about the missing bonus, with no response.

I admit I made the mistake in the first place by selecting the wrong shop at 8pm when the mall closed at 9pm and I fixed it by shopping the other location as well (mall had closed when I realized) so I will accept the deduction for the late shop. What annoys me is that I have not received a response to my four messages, and my bonus is still not there over a week later.

I will not do any shops for this scheduler. They are all low paying and not much "fun" anyway.

Have you ever had a promised bonus refused?

Yeah, I did one for a MSC who offered a bonus on one of their restaurant diner shops. They said that I would receive the bonus if I completed the report on time and without any corrections. Well, there were two details that I overlooked and did not get the bonus. I happened to like the restaurant chain, Black Bear Diner. After a while, I got tired of the reports since it required a lot of narratives and took over 3 hours to do the report. I don't do that shop anymore.

I understand not getting bonus for the second shop, but my first one was on time, with a 10/10

Did they tell you that the bonus was denied? Many platforms do not list the bonus until the payment for the shop is generated.
