What do Class & Category mean on MSPA?

Can anyone tell me what "Class" & "Category" mean on the MSPA job listings?

Take a look at the drop downs. Class includes whether it is mystery shopping, merchandising, audits, exit interviews or other types of mystery shopping. Category indicates the type of business--banking, automotive, hotels, fast food, fine dining, etc.

Thanks! Everything under them (including the titles - I only knew "cls" stood for class because of the drop down), is abbreviated. Only the titles have the drop downs. But now that you have given me examples I'll be I can figure it out. When I get them all figured out I'll post it.
