Is there a free service to use paypal to receive payment for mystery shopping?

Yes. Just sign up for the basic account. Head for the Paypal.com website and it will lead you through the signup process. Note that some companies (significantly Corporate Research) charge fees to pay via Paypal, but many companies get it right and if you were to be paid $10 you will see $10 arrive in Paypal. What you do with it beyond that is up to you. I have mine transfer on to a bank account, some folks prefer using the Paypal debit card. There is no cost to transfer to a bank account though there may be ATM fees to use the Paypal debit card for cash rather than transactions.

The fee Paypal charge is $1 per withdrawal transaction up to your or the ATM's limit, whichever is lowest.

I just keep it in Paypal and use it for business expenses and reimbursement shops on my Paypal debit card.
