New member tracking assistance...

I've read there is a new member section that has some type of excel spreadsheet or example for tracking mystery shops. I can't seem to find it. Can anyone direct me? Thanks!

Right up at the top of this New Mystery Shoppers area, there is a whole list of topics, about 13, and one of them is for the spreadsheet.
