I like Shop-It (just-shop-it.com) a lot (there's a small fee). I also use Mystery Shopwatch LITE when I just need to time stuff. Both available for Android, and I assume for iPhones as well.

Others that have differing values include,

GeoVerify for POV for many MSPs, (there are issues with it, but it doesn't hurt)

Camscanner - or similar app to scan receipts.

ACR - or similar app to record phone calls. (know the law before using)

Prestomobile - not an app, but a website that lists shops from Sassie companies and some unique shops from it's makers.

S voice - or similar app to record conversations or notes to self (know the law before using to record others)

Memo app - or similar app to take notes during shop. Email or a voice recording app could be used for this.

WiFi-finder - or similar app to find free WiFi hotspots

Happily shopping Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts and Connecticut
