MSPA Certification Hiccup

I am brand new to the mystery shopping world. After reading a bit about this, I joined the MSPA so I could take the Silver Certification. However, the website keeps looping me out of the training. I'll log in and it shows that I am a member through 2016, but when I go to certification, it loops me back to join again. Any advice? I emailed the MSPA with no response.

Sometimes when a website acts strange, I change to a different browser, and the problem disappears. Maybe give that a try. Good luck.

Are you using the link for certification that came in the email? I couldn't access it when I logged in unless I went to the specific certification link from my email. I just did the Silver certification last month, using Firefox on Windows 8, with no issues.

Its $25 for Silver certification, which is also a year membership.

I would also like to get a MSPS Silver Certification.

However, I do not want to get a runaround and have to jump through several hoops.

This hiccup is pretty normal. If you continue to go in through the website and go to certification, it will continue to loop you back through the membership.

When you sign up for MSPA-NA you are automatically sent an e-mail link for the certification course. It may have gone to your Spam folder. There is also a link to take the exam in the Members Only section of the website. You must log in using your e-mail address and password to access the Members Only section. If there is not an e-mail from MSPA-NA in either your inbox or spam folder and you’re having trouble logging into the Members Only section, e-mail mspa@hqtrs.com and the membership coordinator can send you a new link.
