what do I do if a mistake is made?

I recently signed up for two shops with the same company. I had a computer glitch that caused me to not be able to even access my shop information. imagine my chagrin to realize there were shops worth 60 dollars that I could not perform! How do I come back from such a stupid mistake??

Admit the mistake, assume the scheduler it is corrected (I assume it is corrected), and ask to go forward with a new date.

I am not sure what you mean by a computer glitch, what does that mean?

As far as your shop, you did note your shops in a calendar somewhere and printed out the paperwork, correct?

You must have access to a computer somewhere else? A relatives home, friends home, public library...???
