Training

Hi all. Does anyone know about seminars, workshops, courses, and/or trainings that could help educate on mystery shopping? Any ideas/help is appreciated. Thanks!

There are books you can buy or borrow from the public library. A classic one is by Cathy Stucker. But generally the training you get is from the companies themselves and most often via instructions for a specific job. There really is very little mystery to being a "normal customer" making observations. What we have tried to do in this section of the forum is to give you some practical ways to get yourself organized and in control with the software and 'stuff' you need. Beyond that the forum is chock full of how others handle particular situations, what shops/companies they do not find worthwhile to mess with, etc.
I don't think you really need a book. Read the forums. The data you want is here.

This is my first time reading the form and I have learned so much. I like this form of communication better. It is more human than a book. I love it.
