Help with Tests?

Hello, regarding taking test. I started taking test before listening to videos or learning about the company. It was very interesting because I did not know anything about the company, by taking the test although, I did not score to qualify but now I know what types of questions to look for. It amazed me how much I was able to answered correctly without knowing anything about the company. It also help me to understand if this what I want to do. How do I retrieve questions and answers on the test? Thank you. Carmen from Florida.

Thank goodness! We don't want you to reveal the name of the client, ever. Revealing the name of a mystery shopping company's client would be a violation of your ICA and of our forum's guidelines.

But, when you ask questions in the forum about how something works with a particular company, or about tests that a company has, be sure to provide the name of the mystery company you are asking about. There are a lot of mystery shopping companies and they all operate differently. We won't be able to answer your questions unless we know which mystery shopping company you are talking about.
