Tax write offs

Hello,
I joined this forum to learn how to make the most out of mystery shopping and one thing that is enticing is being able to write off certain things on taxes. What are some of the things you guys have LEGALLY written off?
I'm thinking.. $.56/mile!! Heck yeah, time to take the motorcycle, set up a few hundred mile route and knock out about 15 of these things! I don't really know the extent of write offs.. does anyone have a good source of info?

In the section where you posted your question are quite a few threads devoted to the things a shopper needs to know about setting up their business, including taxes. It is one of the first 11 topics.
