Car wraps

Has anyone ever heard of a company that pays $400 a week to do a vehicle wrap? I think it smells bad.

There have been discussions of car wraps off and on over the years. The legitimate ones are looking for newer model cars in good condition that travel 40k miles per year mostly within an urban environment. I have no idea how much they pay, though I do remember there was a clause that if the vehicle was spotted without the wrap at any time no payment would be made.
There are so many car wrap scams, too. A co-worker of mine answered an ad on Craigslist and they pulled the "we'll send you a check for XXXX, you'll deposit it in your account then send us back the remainder" scam on her. The check, of course, was on a fake account and she was out the money she sent to them.
There was a recent article in the Mystery Shopper Magazine regarding car wraps. Check it out. smiling smiley
