Try the shopper company list posted in this thread.
Fair warning and from a family of challenged medical conditions, shopping while handicapped is not always welcomed by shopping companies. You are too too easy for the staff to remember you. You learn to be creative but it takes extreme effort with any visible handicap. Good Luck!
