Just want to make sure I'm not being scammed!

Hi everyone,

I just found about mystery shopping and I'm interested in trying it!
I went on the website for Intouch Insight Systems and I'm tempted to fill out the application and try it out!
But before I enter my information I want to make sure this is a real company and not some scam!

Does anyone work for Intouch Insight Systems? How is it working for them?
Also, I think they will end up asking for my bank account information (for direct deposit)-- does that sounds right to you?
I don't want to give anyone that info unless it's a real mystery shopper company.

Any information would be great-- I didn't even know there was such a thing as a mystery shopper until this morning!

I really like that company. I don't do a lot of work for them but have never had any grief and they pay as they say. I believe they re also known as Global Compliance Services. Just received a nice payment from them the other day.

ps if you're in the Western area of North Carolina area - there's no work here! Give up now!!

Also, sometimes scams will hijack the name of a real company. To be sure that you have the correct link to sign up with the real mystery shopping company, use the signup link in the "Official list of mystery shopping companies" below to be sure you have a good link. If you cannot find a company you want on this list, try looking at mspa.com or volition.com as known good links as well (sometimes the companies vary from list to list on different sites).

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.

I really like In Touch. Do what lbw1000 suggests. Use the link from here to make sure you are on the legitimate site. They pay by direct deposit so need your banking info.

I want to know is the company s.f. llyods managent inc a good company to work for? I have my assignment but havent started it yet I know one person recieved her money but dont know how she doing on the secert shoppet job can someone help me out? Thank u sailmate asap!!!

Welcome to the forum, sailmate. You are not providing enough information to get a valid answer. What is the full company name? Do you have their website address? Did you sign up with this company or did they contact you by E-mail or letter without you signing up?

Does "recieved her money" mean that they sent her a check before she did the assignment? If she's new to this work, that's a sure sign of a scam.

I did a Google search for the company name as you presented it. I found no web presence of the sort that a legitimate company would have, and numerous scam inquiries. Ask yourself what that would mean.

I think they reversed the letters and meant to type LLoyd's. This sounds a lot like what this person is complaining about here: [www.scamguard.com]

Anyway, as been said, it's a scam.
