Adding an email address to certification

I completed the silver certification as well as the IC-Pro. One of the companies I applied with uses PayPal, but the email I registered with isn't the same. How do you add an email address to your certification in MSPA?

My suggestion would be to contact the MSPA and ask.

If you want to add an email to your certification, contact the MSPA. If you want to add an email to your PayPal account you can do that on the PayPal site. I have several different emails that are with my PayPal.
