The laws in Nevada are very strict and so there are only 3-4 companies that handle ALL of the NV shops. To find out about the laws requiring shoppers to be employees of those NV companies and have special sherrif's permits, please use the forum's search function. Put in "Nevada" and "all dates" to find recent discussions.

You do not need a PI licence, but you need a special permit and to work for a NV company that holds a PI license.
