1st time here.......3 month newbie

HI, I have completed 11 shops with 2 companies with no problems. (Stericycle & Best Mark)Today I competed a shop for a 3rd company (TrendSource/MSI) and while the shop was okay, their survey form on-line was quirky and kept losing info even though I kept saving. After all said and done and sent in, I printed a copy for myself and noticed incorrect answers although my narrative supported the opposite. It was also missing a place for info that was requested of me. Then I could not find how to submit my receipt. In my opinion, this company's website is not user friendly and I do not plan to go through them again. It's not worth the frustration or worry that I may not get paid for an incomplete form.

Does anyone else have issues with their website?
Also, do you have an user-friendly companies to recommend?

I am registered with 3 others with either no opportunities or very few of no interest to me.

Thanks for your input,
Chris aka frugalfrog

You may need to email the scheduler in order to send your receipt and ask to have the report returned to you for corrections.

As for not finding assignments of interest.... many of us are signed up with 50-150 or more MSCs. Once you get to about 50, you will start seeing much more variety. Not every MSC has jobs in all regions, or at all times of the month. To build your small business, you need to invest the time to sign up with more MS companies.

Hi frugalfrog!

Welcome to the forum. Please enjoy the wealth of information contained herein.

As for Trendsource, I haven't worked with them in a while, but don't recall any significant issues with submitting receipts or reports. They do have a way to contact support and you should do so to submit the receipt and bring attention to the other issues. When you work with any MSP that is new to you, you have to learn the way that MSP works. Sometimes, they come with unique websites like the three you mentioned. (Hint: Sassie companies all have the same website format) I suggest you don't give up so easily on Trendsource. Try to find how to work around the issues and get paid for your shop. Then you should have a better handle on how to deal with the site and you can go from there.

Good luck!

Happily shopping Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts and Connecticut
I do not remember specific problems with the Trendsource site, but if I see problems brewing on other sites, I switch browsers. Usually Google Chrome works fine. It is worth a try, especially on a weekend. Otherwise, contact the company through email on their site and again the next morning.
