Hi, shalluishire, welcome to the forum. Each mystery shopping company has different clients. Some clients, like McD, have certification tests. As you sign up with more companies, the certification tests will be available to you. There's a blue link at the bottom of the page, Official List of Mystery Shopping Companies, that will take you to a list of 200 legitimate companies you can sign up with.
