I have several shops scheduled for today that will end with a restaurant shop. Since early this morning, I've tried to review the required video, but am having an issue. The instructions state: "Here is a brief video that will help you to be prepared for our restaurants culture and experience. There will be a question in the survey to ensure that you watched this video."
I'm not sure how 'brief' the video can be, since it's download time is over 1 hour over my DSL line! I keep thinking there must be some type of error, but can't figure it out.
I emailed the scheduler several hours ago, but have received no response. I'm going to have to leave in the next couple of hours to do the other shops, so I don't have all day to try and see this video.
I have Windows 7, and it's a wmv file, so that shouldn't be the issue. I tried to update my player, and it said I already have the latest version.
I watch videos all the time on MSC's websites and have NEVER had this issue.
Am I missing something or doing something incorrect? I can't believe a 'brief' video requires a 70 minute download.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
