Whole Foods Shops

Any advice on Whole Foods shops? I have my first one scheduled, and it seems to have lots of detail to remember. I know that they provide a form to fold and use as a "shopping list," but that seems like it would be a red flag to the employees.

Any advice welcome...

Thanks

Use the inside of the folded "shopping list" to make detailed note when you have moved out of sight of the person you last observed. Have a real grocery list on the visible side of the form. The shop instructions even tell youwhat to do if you are approached by an employee and asked what you are doing.

These may not be the best assignments for relatively new shoppers, btw.

It's surprising how many people carry shopping lists. I've seen a lot of people using a folded paper with multiple store lists on several sides. The employees won't pay any attention. I doubt anyone will notice unless you are very obvious about looking them up and down and then writing, asking a question, then writing ...... Just be natural and hold the notes like a shopping list and casually use it. Don't be nervous.
I have done many Whole Foods shops. I carry my own version of a shopping list, and write down the important details that I am required to report on the inside of my list. I make sure not to do it where there is a TM that can see me. I have never been asked what I was doing, and I don't think I have been noticed. I used the form provided by the company the first few times, but I thought it was too obvious, so after I had some experience, I found my own way of doing it.
