Made my first mistake.....

So when I entered my shop evaluation, I entered it under the wrong location. I have since sent in the correct info under the right location and I am waiting to hear back from the scheduler. I planned on doing the other location today. Should I still do it or are they going to assign it to someone else because I screwed up?

I'm kinda freaking out....

That doesn't really sound like a major mistake - most systems allow schedulers and editors to just resend the information back to the shopper to edit themselves. I highly doubt they would go through the trouble of finding someone else to do it for such a minor error, too. Either way, you have made your commitment to do the shop so you ought to stick with it. It is kind of a gamble because you don't really have access to the evaluation at the moment but I believe it is safer to just conduct the shop. Also, be sure to make it very clear to the schedulers that you have conducted the shop and can fill out the evaluation with the correct information if they would send it back to you. Even if they do refuse your shop, you at least kept your word and can now learn from this small mistake - mistakes can be good, they make you wiser.

Good luck - I hope it works out!

I have done that before - and most likely they can switch it or they will send it back to you to switch. So annoying to do and hey if it makes you feel any better (after 14 years of this) I bet you will make more mistakes.

I have done this and after telling the scheduler, he just sent it back to me.
Should be no problem.

Anyone who has been doing this for a while has done that at least once. My other favorite is to shop "John Doe" when the instructions are to shop "anyone but John Doe."
