Oh Yes!

I did my first shops ever today! I feel really confident about them. How long does it usually take for companies to review your evaluations/surveys? I'm confident but still nervous at the same time....if that makes sense. Hope everyone is having a productive day!

Evaluations are hit and miss. I've had some come back very quick, as in a day. I've had others with no feedback, or 2 weeks after. Don't focus too much on feedback. I've found 99% to be of little to no value.

Congrats on the shops. Without knowing which MSC it would be impossible to tell you if it is normally quick, takes forever or if they do not provide feedback at all.

With some MSC's you will never get any feedback, just your payment of fees and reimbursements. Other companies send you feedback (it may be the same cut and paste response) a day or so after you complete the shop.

Some people get upset when they get a 9 but I think a 9 is good especially if they give you good feedback and you know what to look for on your next job. I found that most are grammar errors so I copy everything to MS Word and do a grammar check now. If it catches anything I then make the changes and paste it back into my report and that has really helped me. Good Luck!

Welcome! Most mystery shopping companies will review reports within 24 hours and no later than 48 hours. If they have any questions at all for you, they will contact you right away.
