Best way to scan documents

Any advice on how to scan multiple documents? I have been using Windows Scanner and Camera Wizard but I find this very time consuming when doing the Maritz bank shops. I remember reading somewhere on here a few months ago about suggesting that you scan them in reverse order. Can someone explain that? Thanks!

Photograph them with a camera or your phone.

If you have an Ipad or tablet. Download a scanning app that will convert to pdf format.

Thanks. I found that if I submit the report first on Maritz bank shops, then I can load them all on one screen. I can't check them that way, but it saves a lot of clicking and waiting for each one to load individually.
