What do the instruction say to do?
Oil change shops at my dealer are always done under my real name, but some videos for a chain were done with aliases at the instruction of the MSC. They needed me to be able to complete multiple shops and the locations shared a database. I never give my real name and contact info unless it is expressly required for follow up.
