Have done lots of shops over the past couple of years with never an issue. So this month my payment was short one shop. I asked why and got a note apologizing for not letting me know and telling me that my report was rejected because I went inside the restaurant to have a drive thru order corrected. Nowhere in the guidelines does it say not to go into the restaurant to correct a drive thru order. In fact it says correcting an order is optional. I got my three items, sandwich, fries and drink and it all looked okay initially. Then when I pulled over to taste the items, the "fish" sandwich looked questionable/unidentifiable and tasted like it had been on the grill for days. I actually was having a hard time determining if the sandwich I got was chicken or fish - it wouldn't have made either proud. So I went in to get it identified and eventually corrected. Apparently I'm supposed to be a mind reader and know that I wasn't supposed to go inside to make this correction. Am I being out of line here or are the guidelines on this issue unclear?
