Question about the 1099

I have a question about the 1099. Does the $600.00 that initiates the form include the reimbursement amounts in that total?

It is not supposed to, but some MSCs throw it into the total. This year ACE has done so, for instance.

That's why it is up to you to keep accurate records, whether or not you get $600 or more; all income needs to be reported.
