No help given during shop

Hello fellow shoppers!

i did my first shop yesterday and to day it was a shambles. No assistants, no help given.

I had to go seek help for the specific staff but it's asking me how many minutes it took for them to come with me and so on. It's also asking me about them offering complimentary products and so on but all those things I had to prompt them to tell me. Do I simply answer no to all the questions then give a explanation right at the end of the survey? Seems really difficult but no one attempted to close the sale. I had to get any info out of them. Help please.

Don't stress that the sales associates did not do their jobs. Just explain in your comments, in an objective manner. You did your job; you're not responsible for making the SAs do theirs.

Reports for negative shops are much more difficult to write than reports for positive shops. It's difficult to show the negative and keep all personal feelings out of the way. What walesmaven said. Try to be completely objective, almost detached, when reporting the negative service aspects. If there was ANYthing good in the shop, be sure to put that in along with the bad.
