A thank you, and a hello.

I've lurked for a good while, learning.
Thank you for the wealth of information I have found here. I have been mystery shopping for a little over a year, and wish I had found this forum in the beginning of this adventure. I have learned so much and been able to become a better mystery shopper through the ideas and tips posted here. I am also working more than ever thanks to the list of companies and advice to sign up at as many as possible.
Today was the first time since lucking across the forum that I felt that MY input could be helpful to a topic so I decided it was time to stop lurking and introduce myself. smiling smiley

Thank you! It has been a fantastic, if sometimes frustrating journey. I think I am well hooked, we are even planning to do a few shops during our vacation next month because they are just too good to pass up. grinning smiley
You are definitely hooked!

Oh you got the bug!! You are doomed for sure!! You'll never be able to enjoy a work-free vacation again!

Welcome! We all really look forward to getting to know you better!
I vowed to not work on our Disney vacation later this week. Well, wouldn't you know that I get an "urgent and bonused" shop for the Orlando airport. Decisions, decisions.....

My daughter works at Disney and we have a condo there so I go frequently. I LOVE those Orlando airport shops. They are typically super easy. There was one that was a little more involved (Rosetta Stone) and it is no longer located there so I can't think of any that I wouldn't do. I typically do it quickly and have it online easy peasy. I really prefer doing them on my way home if possible since I am always at the airport with plenty of time to spare and no where to go. Coming in I am in more of a hurry to see my daughter and start having fun but even then I will do one coming in and more going out.
