Mistakes of a new shopper

I figured I would share my big mistake... Not calling the store ahead of time. It was an hours drive each way. And now I am redoing it today. I had checked the shops Facebook page, and there was no mention that they would be on vacation. Cost me time and gas. I learned the hard way.... always call ahead!

Kiddeokee I've been mystery shopping for 5 years and I still screw up. Just consider it the cost of job training. You learned a valuable lesson.

I've been shopping for over 5 years and I ALMOST shopped the wrong location tonight. This mattress store had two locations within 3 blocks from each other. The one I went to was brand new and I asked it they had just moved from down the street. When he told me they were both still open, I made a hasty excuse and hurried down the street.
