Trouble logging in to some companies

I have received acceptance from several companies, they sent emails with my user name and password, but I am unable to log in to heir sites. I have read all the instructions and jumped through all the hoops, i.e. allow cookies, turn off pop ups, make them a trused site, etc. But nothing seems to work. They say they have no account in my name. Anyone else had this problem? Thanks.

I'll occasionally have that problem with one, but never several. It may be on your end. Are you using a compatible browser?

Android has this problem on Prophet sites.
Prophet has this problem in general on Mozilla or Chrome.
Make sure you select the fields, make sure there are no extra spaces, retype the info. It usually works then. It will not usually work if the passwords are saved, and rarely worked on android.

I've had this same problem on a couple of websites. What has always worked for me so far is to clean out my temp folders and I usually can log right in. If you need instructions on clearing your temp folders email me. Hope this helps.

On both Chrome and Safari I have no problems with saved passwords, with the exception of Trendsource. For the life of me I cannot figure out what that issue is.

I seem to have a problem with Prophet sites if I use 'tab' to move from user id to password. If I manually move the cursor by mouse click, the problem goes away. I know that sometimes 'tab' puts a leading space or character in that you can't see.
