The absolute best way is to take them small in the first place. Your camera in the menu may have an option to reduce the number of pixels. Try a photo and then check it on your computer to see if it is small enough.

There will be some jobs (not Market Force) where the best photo possible is required and that is when you want to crank your camera up to the maximum number of pixels. For most shopping work, the minimum number of pixels is best because it 1) uses less battery, 2) creates smaller files so they upload quicker and take less space on your memory card.
Perhaps the handiest way is to take pix with an iPhone or other smart phone. Its convenient and is more subtle than using a digital camera. If you have an iPhone, when you pull up the particular photo, hit "Message" rather than hitting E-mai Photo)". If you need more info go to Youtube, Select iPhone or whatever smart phone you have, and the select the particular feature you want to use. The respective videos will help tune you in, but you may want to check 2 or 3 (or more) videos so you understand them and also to be sure they are accurate. They are usually accurate and informative, but please listen to the advice I just gave you to be sure.
Have you tried Photo Stream and are you having any luck with it? In theory it's wonderful. I've added iCloud to my PC and laptop. When it works the photos are there within seconds. I still resize and rename them, but it still saves a ton of time and since they are on 3 devices it provides automatic backup copies. I'm just not comfortable with an audit using the phone. It seems like it takes longer and just is not as clear. Granted, I'm using one of the older iPhones and they say the new ones have a pretty sweet camera.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of your time and it really annoys the pig.
